Shipping?

Once we receive an order, it will be processed immediately. If you place an order on a in stock item and it is received before 5pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday, the order is shipped within 24-48 hours via the shipment method you have chosen. If you have special requests or if you need to ship sooner, please contact us via email and we will always respond same day.

All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA and via ground shipping should arrive anywhere from 1-5 working days in the USA.

Shipping charges are determined from the Fed Ex/UPS computer directly.    A package with 1 pen would be the same shipping cost most likely as if you ordered 25 pens, a polo shirt, and tshirt.  The minimum weight for packages by UPS/Fed ex is 1 lb regardless of what is inside. 

Return Policy?

Please indicate whether you want a replacement or full refund. Defective items will be replaced at no extra cost. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. All other returns will be subject to additional shipping charges. We encourage you to insure all bulk orders returned for replacement or refund. Shipments sent C.O.D. will not be accepted.  Please be sure to let us know your order # when returning the item.

Coupons and Gift Codes

Coupon codes allow you to deduct a certain dollar amount or percentage off your order or shipping charges.

Gift Codes load your account with spendable dollars that can then be applied to any order you choose. If your order value is higher than your available gift certificate balance, you will need to pay the rest of your order with credit card.  Once you receive a gift card code, you can use this code in the checkout process to redeem for merchandise.  During checkout after you selected your merchandise and its time for payment, you will see a open field called "gift certificate."  Here you can enter your gift code and hit apply.  Once you hit apply, it will show you that the order is discounted exactly for that amount and will show you any balance still to pay by credit card if needed.

Its very important when adding gift codes to the order in the checkout process you hit submit, so you can see the gift code amount was applied to your order.  Any questions, please email us.
